REFUND POLICY

All sales on Armaku.com are final and therefore any grievance regarding refund will always be made at the discretion of the Armaku.  

The decision made by Armaku regarding refund will be last and final.

Armaku provides zip file for every music sample downloaded from Armaku.com which in turn does not require any specific device compatibility, therefore the chances of failure on part of Armaku in delivering the sample music is highly unlikely.   

However, Armaku will only provide refund or store credit on your full purchase price if one (or more) of these conditions are met:


For Downloaded Content:

  1. Your bank / Paypal account was debited but the content wasn’t downloaded or the action failed.
  2. If the zip file provided is non-functional. 
  3. You have provided a justifiable reason as to why the refund needs to be made.

IT IS TO INFORM YOU THAT ARMAKU RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Product cannot be used by the customer due to hardware or software limitations.
  • Product cannot be used by the customer due to insufficient knowledge or know-how.
  • The customer already has purchased/acquired previously.
  • The customer finds the same product for a lower price at a later date or on a different platform.
  • The customer simply does not like or find useful
  • Armaku does not make any guarantees for product use with cracked or illegally downloaded software.

We cannot refund you any monies where you have accessed the sounds by downloading the zip file.


NOTE: A DOWNLOAD COUNTS AS SUCH WHEN A DOWNLOAD ACTION IS COMMENCED (AND NOT COMPLETED). ARMAKU DO NOT MONITOR THE COMPLETION OF THE DOWNLOAD. EACH CLICK ON THE DOWNLOAD LINK COUNTS AS ONE DOWNLOAD ATTEMPT.

 

ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for refunds only for 7 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).

Whenever you feel there is a particular condition which qualifies you for a refund, you can contact our support staff at contact@armaku.com.

Armaku strongly advises checking what software and hardware are required to use the products although the zip file downloaded from Armaku is compatible with any device.

We also advise that customers download the free demo of products (when applicable) before purchasing to ensure that the product works on their system and their needs are met. 

Armaku does not refund products that require other software to use. The customer bears the responsibility to have the knowledge required to use the product.

We also highly recommend all customers to back up their orders on an alternate/separate hard drive to protect against loss of products purchased from Armaku.com. 

In the event of a failed/broken hard drive, Armaku.com will only replace download links for a previous order (made within the past 2 years) upon being provided proof of purchase. Any lost purchases made more than 2 years prior will not be replaced.

BUNDLES

Due to special pricing policies applied to bundled products i.e. they are already priced below the regular List Price, we do not refund any bundled products.

 Please check the products you already own to make sure you do not buy any duplicates.


COPYRIGHT/LICENSING NOTICE:

This is to inform the customers that:

  1. All the samples listed on Armaku are originally produced and are Royalty free and can be used in your originally produced sound recordings.
  1. All the Rights which are not expressly granted to the user are reserved with Armaku.
  1. The sound samples are licensed and not sold, and therefore it is to be reproduced by you within your original musical compositions only.
  1. All re-distribution and reselling of its content is strictly prohibited. 
  1. The right to embody and reproduce the enclosed sound samples within their music compositions is limited to only the original purchaser of the products.
  1. This license is granted for a single user only (and is given on a worldwide basis). The license is non-exclusive and is granted for the full period of copyright protection and sound samples. 
  1. You cannot electronically transfer the sound samples or place them in a time -sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network. 


Downloading the product constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
